This Mobile Application End User License Addendum (this "Addendum") applies only to any Wayward Found mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized app marketplace (the "App"). The Wayward Found Terms of Service govern your account, subscriptions, AI features, User Content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and privacy-related references.
This Addendum does not replace the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control except to the extent the applicable app-store terms are required to control for the App.
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, this Addendum, and applicable app-store rules, Wayward Found grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, devotional, non-commercial use and only as permitted by the applicable app-store terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, bypass technical restrictions in, or create derivative works based on the App, except to the extent applicable law prohibits those restrictions. You may not use the App to access the Service in violation of the Terms of Service.
We may provide updates, patches, or changes to the App. Some features may not work unless you install the latest version. We may change, suspend, or discontinue App features subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to the Terms of Service or this Addendum and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Addendum and may enforce this Addendum against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including product-liability claims, legal-compliance claims, consumer-protection claims, or intellectual-property claims, except to the extent required by Apple's applicable terms or mandatory law.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you download the App from Google Play or another app marketplace, your use of the App may also be subject to that marketplace's terms, billing rules, cancellation process, refund rules, and device policies.
The AI-output disclaimers, crisis-resource provisions, subscription and automatic-renewal terms, User Content license, limitation of liability, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, governing law, and privacy references are set out in the Terms of Service and apply to App use. If Wayward Found later publishes copyright or DMCA procedures in the Terms or on the Service, those procedures will also apply to App-related user content.
This license terminates automatically if you violate this Addendum or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App. Termination of this Addendum does not limit any rights or obligations that survive under the Terms of Service.
