By installing or using Illustrated Gospels, Wayward Found Scripture, or any other Wayward Found screensaver application (each, the "App"), you agree to these terms. They apply to all of our screensaver Apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App on your device.
Intellectual property
The artwork, images, and design of each App are owned by Wayward Found and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission. Scripture text shown in our Apps is from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain.
Provided "as is"
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayward Found is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
