Wayward Found Scripture

One verse at a time, while your television rests.

Wayward Found Scripture turns an idle television into something still. When your TV goes idle, it shows sixty passages of Scripture one at a time, set in classical type over a dark, quiet ground, each held on screen long enough to be read without hurry. One word in every verse is lifted in a warm italic, and every passage carries its reference, so you always know where you are.

Verses do not slide or spin. One fades away to the bare background and the next fades in, so there is never more than a single passage on screen and nothing competes for your attention. The text is the Berean Standard Bible, and every verse was checked against the publisher's own source.

It is a free side project from Wayward Found, our platform for prayer, Scripture, and spiritual growth. The screensaver requires no account, shows no ads, and collects no personal information. It keeps working when your television is offline.
